One Health and Outbreak Surveillance Symposium 2018

The NUS Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health is pleased to present the One Health and Outbreak Surveillance Symposium 2018, co-organised by the School’s Centre for Infectious Disease Epidemiology and Research (CIDER) together with the Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority of Singapore (AVA). The event will be held on 13 July 2018 at University Town Auditorium 1, National University of Singapore.

With the theme 'Integrative Strategies Against Infectious Disease Outbreaks', the symposium emphasises the importance of an integrative approach to detect and manage disease outbreaks. The event provides a platform to share current research and outbreak experiences from experts in the local and international settings.

Abstract Submission

Interested parties who are keen to showcase their work related to the theme are invited to submit an abstract. There will be an oral presentation session during lunch for accepted abstracts, and each presenter will be given 10 minutes (including Q & A). Deadline for submission is 6 July 2018, 11.59pm.
